ACME is a professional marketing organization founded to encourage exploration and development of superior marketing practices from academic and practitioner perspectives. In line with its objectives, ACME offers three awards each year for which you are invited to apply:
ACME OUTSTANDING EDUCATOR AWARD
This award recognizes and rewards excellence among faculty members in the marketing discipline. Nominees must have a terminal degree and must be current and active ACME members, in good standing. Nominees also need to demonstrate active involvement in the association for at least three out of the most recent five years. Current ACME officers are not eligible for consideration.

LOU E. PELTON EMERGING SCHOLAR AWARD
This award recognizes faculty members who demonstrate excellence in their early academic careers in Marketing.ACME invites full-time faculty members who meet the following criteria, as of the beginning of the 2021-22 academic year: (1) Completion of the requirements of a doctoral degree in marketing or a closely related discipline, and (2) One to five (1-5) years of full-time employment as a marketing faculty member after the award of the doctoral degree.
Preference will be given to those with an existing association with ACME in the capacity of a participant, presenter, and/or Track Chair at previous ACME conferences.

ACME TEACHING INNOVATION COMPETITION & AWARD
The goal of the competition is to honor marketing educators for their outstanding contributions in developing teaching practices and innovations that enhance student learning. The competition is open to instructors (full-time or part-time faculty members or graduate students) in any field, but the innovation must be related to teaching marketing.
